Senior Analyst, Invoice to Cash

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Invoice to Cash will independently manage end‑to‑end Invoice‑to‑Cash operations for BASF in the Asia Pacific region. You will ensure compliance with BASF standards, financial reporting requirements and local regulations while supporting service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review all ITC workflows, including accounts receivable, collections, treasury back‑office and intercompany reconciliation.
• Supervise and mentor junior analysts, ensuring adherence to defined processes and service‑management frameworks.
• Act as reviewer and approver for daily and month‑end tasks, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor unallocated receipts, overdue accounts and dunning activities, proposing corrective actions.
• Participate in regional and global process implementation projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Support compliance audits, maintain documentation in line with BASF policies and local statutory requirements.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement and digitalisation opportunities across the region.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Chartered or Certified Professional Accountant qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling functions.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and manage complex financial processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
