About the role

The Recruitment & FA Development Manager drives new business opportunities and supports internal sales and service activities by managing relationships with developmental brokers and coordinating cross‑sell initiatives across business units.

Key responsibilities

Support Business Units to ensure pipeline accounts are managed and serviced, and communicate key developments to Business Development Leaders.
Manage relationships with selected distributors and developmental brokers, driving new business and retention actions to achieve plan targets.
