QA & QC Officer

About the role

The QA & QC Officer will ensure that all food and beverage products manufactured at our Shamelin Perkasa facility meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will work closely with production teams to monitor processes, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to develop expertise in food safety systems within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in‑process items, and finished goods.
• Monitor compliance with ISO standards and HACCP plans, documenting any deviations.
• Investigate non‑conformities, conduct root‑cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to improve product quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage quality assurance or control.
• Mandarin speaking ability is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO quality standards.
• Understanding of HACCP principles.
