Project Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Project Executive to support the department in achieving its organizational objectives. The role combines leadership of new product industrialisation projects, engineering change coordination and trial order management within Bosch’s manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of new product industrialisation, customer variant, series care and engineering change projects, ensuring on‑time and efficient delivery.
• Oversee customer sample build activities and organise customer visits to keep projects aligned with quality standards and specifications.
• Facilitate regular team review meetings for engineering change requests, monitor implementation against Bosch Central Directives and report KPIs.
• Coordinate trial order activities for Glow and Heater Control Unit, tracking progress and ensuring smooth execution.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate superior to support organisational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Project Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or product engineering, including at least 1 year in project management.
• Hands‑on expertise in project management knowledge areas, preferably following PMI® standards.
• Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with IATF 16949 standards is a strong advantage.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills in a global, cross‑functional environment.
