About the role

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, is hiring a Planner in Penang. The role develops and implements production plans to meet customer demand while optimising resource use, working closely with production, supply chain and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimising resource utilisation.
  • Collaborate with production teams, supply chain and sales to interpret demand-forecasting data and plan production requirements.
  • Create and maintain production schedules, taking lead times, production capacity and product complexity into account.
  • Own capacity, productivity and quality control of products, and give disposition on non-conforming material.

Required profile

  • Experienced candidate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
