Process Digitalisation Senior Engineer – Assistant Manager

About the role

The role focuses on modernising and automating business processes across IAA, reducing manual effort and improving consistency. You will design, build and deploy automation solutions while acting as the technical bridge between business teams and technology stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy automation solutions using workflow orchestration tools, low‑code platforms (Power Platform, Copilot Studio), Python scripting and AI‑assisted tooling.
• Translate business process requirements into technical designs, creating reusable patterns, reference architectures and maintainable solutions.
• Build and maintain AI solutions that enable IAA teams to generate business value for clients.
• Ensure all solutions meet governance standards, embed auditability, human‑in‑the‑loop controls and comply with responsible AI principles.
• Drive digitisation initiatives, train staff on self‑service automation tools and contribute to the strategic digitisation roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process analysis, automation design and identifying digitisation opportunities.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and build stakeholder trust.
• Experience working in large, regulated enterprises and navigating transformation programmes.
• Hands‑on engineering skills with low‑code platforms and AI‑based tools.
• Governance‑aware development mindset, embedding controls and quality standards by default.
