Priority Banking Relationship Manager – Melaka & Negeri Sembilan

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Priority Banking Relationship Manager to serve high‑net‑worth clients in Melaka and Negeri Sembilan. The role focuses on delivering tailored wealth‑management solutions, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue through cross‑selling of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen profitable relationships with existing and new priority banking customers to generate revenue.
• Market investment products and cross‑sell consumer offerings such as mortgages and credit cards.
• Grow the client base through referrals and personalized advisory services, collaborating with Investment Consultants.
• Acquire and expand the priority banking portfolio in line with segment targets.
• Partner with Product Owners and Investment Consultants to provide proactive, customized financial advice.
• Support the Centre Manager in enhancing market presence and achieving individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Studies or related field.
• Holding licences: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM (IPPC advantageous).
• Strong sales drive and passion for success in a performance‑oriented environment.
• Proven knowledge of wealth products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, structured products and dual‑currency investments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
