About the role
Drive growth and profitability in the assigned territory by managing risk selection, pricing, negotiation, sales, retention and delivering quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers, actively managing daily work processes to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and assess sales and service teams, provide technical advice, and resolve issues within the function.
- Facilitate training for customers and internal personnel on products and services.
- Assess business processes, support capability development, and drive research on business development opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Thorough knowledge of large accounts and underwriting concepts, willingness to travel.
