About the role
The Senior Marketing Specialist will drive growth and profitability across assigned products through risk selection, pricing, negotiation, sales, retention and quality service. You will manage daily work processes, analyze customer needs and lead short‑term projects while building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Actively manage daily work processes of the designated territory to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
- Analyze needs and recommend improvements to processes, customer service or products.
- Lead short‑term, defined‑scope projects.
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide training and technical advice to customers and internal teams.
- Anticipate customer needs, monitor trends and recommend changes.
