About the role

Provide support to the sales and distribution teams in relation to activities for which Sales Operations is responsible. Ensure business areas have accurate data to monitor and improve sales performance, meet compliance and governance requirements, and deliver high levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities

Develop, improve, produce and distribute management information, including ad‑hoc requests, ensuring accuracy.
Support distributor remuneration, implementation of sales initiatives, networks, events and systems.
Support research and analysis of potential business development opportunities.
Prepare documentation to support project implementation to time and quality standards.
Resolve operational customer/distributor management activities, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service.
Assist internal and external customers with product or service queries.
Review, analyse, report and implement governance and compliance requirements.

Required profile

Preferably experience in the insurance industry.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
