Marketing Executive

About the role

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive growth and profitability across assigned products. The role involves managing daily processes, building customer relationships, and supporting sales and service initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Actively manage daily work processes in the designated territory to meet operational and strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers, providing training and technical advice.
• Lead short‑term projects (3‑9 months) and analyze needs to recommend process or product improvements.
• Assist customers with loss prevention, claims issues, and product training.
• Prepare customer and distributor reports, assess business processes, and investigate development opportunities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of sales experience, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice.
• Knowledge of sales principles, insurance regulatory environment, and ability to be licensed to sell insurance where required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve technical issues within the function.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
