Logistics Team Leader

About the role

The Logistics Team Leader will oversee warehouse operations at Arrow Electronics in Gelang Patah, ensuring efficient labor distribution, workflow management, and product handling. The role works Monday to Saturday with a focus on meeting quality and production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage labor distribution and workflow to achieve quality and production goals.
• Support specific warehouse functions such as shipping and receiving.
• Transport, stage, and maintain organized product storage areas.
• Perform general warehouse tasks: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, labeling, sorting, loading and unloading.
• Lead a small team, provide training, problem‑solving, and ensure proper tools are available.
• Prepare reports and handle email correspondence with internal and external customers.

Required profile

• SPM, Certificate or Diploma graduate.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Document Management Systems (DMS) – advantage.
