Junior Manager Program – Technical (Automation & Smart Manufacturing)

About the role

Join Bosch’s Junior Managers Program (Technical) and accelerate your career as a future leader in automation, robotics and smart manufacturing. You will rotate across technical functions and manufacturing sites, gaining hands‑on experience in Industry 4.0 projects.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Technical Functions (TEF) and Manufacturing with a focus on automation, robotics, and digitalisation.
• Lead and support automation projects from concept through feasibility to implementation.
• Contribute to productivity improvement, cost reduction and safety initiatives.
• Support industrialisation and ramp‑up of automated production lines.
• Collaborate with global engineering, manufacturing and automation teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Robotics, Manufacturing, Software, Industrial Engineering).
• Strong interest in automation, robotics, testing and smart manufacturing.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and rotate across functions and locations.
