Quality Management System Engineer

About the role

Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer to fulfill Bosch’s requirement of implementing QMS, responsible for the PgP1 Process Compass, internal system, and process audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal audit activities (e.g., IATF16949, VDA6.3 process audit, CQI17 audits) and third‑party audits.
• Track and follow up on QMS corrective actions.
• Certify as internal auditor of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 process auditor.
• Coordinate IATF customer audits and perform annual manufacturing assessments according to customer‑specific requirements.
• Act as Plant CSR coordinator.
• Support management of PgP1 Process Compass landscape and maintenance.
• Improve and maintain the QMS documentation system.
• Lead QMS improvement activities and other projects assigned by superior.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, auditing or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools to support quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating internal, customer or third‑party audits is an advantage.
