Junior Clinical Case Manager

About the role

Lyra Health, a provider of evidence-based mental health care, is hiring a Junior Clinical Case Manager in Malaysia. The role manages the clinical operations function and provides high-quality counselling and information support to employees and their dependents of client companies. It is a permanent, onsite position, Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm (or 11am to 7pm), with one Saturday a month from 10am to 6pm.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees using the Lyra EAP service by telephone counselling or live chat.
• Provide the services to which callers are entitled professionally and respectfully, according to standards agreed with the Clinical Manager.
• Capture all case information accurately in the database.
• Case manage clinical cases so that structured counselling is provided by the Lyra affiliate network.
• Follow clinical protocols, standards and procedures, and operational standards set by the Clinical Manager.
• Handle critical incident intake, support and case management.
• Deliver structured counselling by telephone or video chat.
• Provide counselling and psychotherapy, psychological assessments and reports, and deliver talks, training and workshops.
• Offer crisis support, onsite support and ad hoc requests within your expertise.

Required profile

• Master's qualification as a Psychologist or Counsellor, registered with the MAHPC (Clinical Psychologist) or Lembaga Kaunsellor Malaysia.
• Short-term counselling framework; preference for EAP background and experience.
• Fresh graduates with at least 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and fast typing.
• Ability to combine clinical and employee assistance program focus.
• Client service orientation, articulate, good telephone manner and telephonic therapy skills.
• Good clinical understanding, risk management, time management, teamwork, business awareness and attention to detail.
