Invoice to Cash Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our finance team in Kuala Lumpur and support the end‑to‑end Invoice to Cash (ITC) process. The role offers hands‑on exposure to daily ITC activities, KPI reporting and audit documentation, while providing valuable interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily Invoice to Cash tasks, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and collections.
• Assist in preparing ITC key‑performance‑indicator reports for management.
• Generate audit documents and year‑end reports as required by auditors or customers.
• Perform customer reconciliations on request and coordinate with various business units.
• Deliver high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support ad‑hoc finance projects and other related activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Available for a six‑month internship.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Team‑oriented with a high degree of maturity and independence.
• Willing to work on‑site at Mercu Aspire, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
