Internal Audit, Risk Management & ESG Consultant

About the role

Resolve IR is seeking an Internal Audit, Risk Management & ESG Consultant to join its Kuala Lumpur office. The role will support clients in the banking and financial services sector by delivering internal audit, risk management and sustainability advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audit reviews and assess control effectiveness for client organisations.
• Identify, evaluate and monitor risk exposures across financial and operational processes.
• Provide ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) consulting, helping clients integrate sustainability into their strategies.
• Prepare audit reports, risk assessments and ESG recommendations in line with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in internal audit, risk management or ESG consulting within banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on‑site with client teams.
