Influencer Campaign Manager (SEA)

About the role

The Influencer Campaign Manager manages projects from initiation to completion, liaising with clients, planning deliverables and ensuring timely delivery. The role leads campaigns across Southeast Asia, supports Account Managers and works closely with Sales and Account Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead campaigns across SEA and arrange regular team meetings covering briefs, priorities and targets
• Support Account Managers on influencer and campaign matters during client calls
• Analyse performance data (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPE, CPA) and deliver regular reports and post-campaign analysis against industry benchmarks
• Manage budgets and adjust campaign approaches based on live data to meet client objectives
• Use paid media knowledge to optimise campaigns and guide paid asset formats with organic content
• Own the influencer engagement lifecycle: pitching, negotiating, briefs, content review, reporting and insights
• Contribute to proposals and new business discussions with Sales and Account Management
• Ensure quality standards and process adherence for influencer curation, content review, project management and reporting, and advise the team
• Stay up to date with regional influencer and social platform trends; lead campaigns directly with clients when needed

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience working with influencers across SEA
• At least 2 years managing junior direct reports and experience managing multiple freelancers across APAC
• Experience in influencer marketing campaign reporting and analysis, able to teach team members on performance metrics
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and communication skills
• Well-written and spoken English is a must; Chinese and/or Bahasa Melayu for simple translation is an advantage

• Understanding of Xiao Hong Shu and Lemon8 is a plus
