Furniture Manufacturing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Furniture Manufacturing Manager to lead our furniture production operations in Nilai. The role is responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring product quality, controlling costs, driving productivity, and maintaining a safe work environment while meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end furniture manufacturing processes, from planning to final delivery.
• Monitor and improve product quality, cost efficiency, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the plant.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project specifications and timelines.
• Lead and develop the production team, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing manufacturing operations, preferably in the furniture sector.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to balance quality, cost, and productivity goals.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and cross‑functional teams.
