Field Service Engineer

About the role

E&R Engineering Corp. is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to support our customers in Melaka, Muar and Johor Bahru. You will be the on‑site technical point of contact, ensuring equipment operates reliably and customers receive timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across Melaka, Muar and JB to install, commission and maintain engineering equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults, performing repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Provide on‑site technical support and training to end‑users.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in an engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in field service or on‑site technical support.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
