CRM & Customer Growth Manager

About the role

A leading Malaysian life insurance and financial services provider is hiring a CRM and Customer Growth Manager in Kuala Lumpur. The role analyses customer data and behaviour to find growth opportunities, builds segmentation strategies and drives cross-selling and upselling across campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer data, product holdings and behavioural patterns to identify needs, protection gaps and portfolio growth opportunities.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies and identify high-potential customer groups for targeted engagement.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling through product propositions and next-best-offer initiatives.
• Plan and manage the campaign pipeline, assessing opportunities by revenue potential, conversion and ROI.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution with Product, Data, Distribution, Marketing, Underwriting and other stakeholders.
• Identify customer life-stage triggers and build engagement strategies and propositions.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximise portfolio value.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• About 8 years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, CRM, customer portfolio management, bancassurance or campaign strategy.
• Experience in customer segmentation, portfolio analytics, cross-selling, upselling or campaign management.
• Good understanding of insurance products, customer lifecycle and distribution channels.

Required skills

• Strong analytical, commercial, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI or CRM experience is an advantage.
