CRM Business Operations Manager - Q2C

About the role

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support Sitecore’s Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ environment. The role will drive best practices, provide user support, ensure data governance and assist cross‑functional projects across the Global Sales and Deal Desk teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global Sales and Deal Desk organizations in creating and processing CPQ orders.
• Act as the primary contact for technical Deal Desk and field questions on CPQ and pricing, handling tickets and cases.
• Provide data migration assistance and correct client license transitions to CPQ.
• Deliver training and documentation for end‑users during system or process changes.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Packaging and Product teams to maintain governance and resolve CPQ bugs.
• Participate in month‑end and quarter‑end order management activities and troubleshoot quoting issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing sales‑operations projects, preferably in a Salesforce CPQ environment.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator or equivalent Salesforce experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple requests and meet SLAs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train users across the organization.
