About the role
The Construction Manager will be based on‑site in Kulim, Kedah, overseeing construction activities related to CSA and MEP systems. The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering results within the defined budget and schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Execute CSA‑related work on‑site and manage MEP installations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout construction phases.
- Report progress, issues, and cost implications to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in construction management, preferably with CSA and MEP exposure.
- Ability to work on‑site full time in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
