Project & Facilities Engineer/Supervisor

About the role

EVE Energy Malaysia is seeking a Project & Facilities Engineer/Supervisor to lead the management of boiler systems, HVAC installations and engineering renovation projects at its Kulim facility. The role combines hands‑on technical supervision with project coordination to ensure safe, efficient and timely delivery of facility upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and compliance of boiler and HVAC systems.
• Plan, schedule and supervise engineering renovation projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to execute project scopes.
• Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments and corrective actions for facility equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports and technical records.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree or diploma (Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• Proven experience in facility engineering, preferably in boiler and HVAC environments.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work on‑site with multidisciplinary teams.
