Contract Executive – Quantity Surveying

About the role

The Contract Executive (QS) will oversee the management of construction contracts and associated budgets on high‑profile projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure financial performance aligns with client expectations while contributing to a supportive and growth‑focused environment. The position reports to the senior project manager and plays a critical role in safeguarding project profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer construction contracts from inception to close‑out.
• Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenditures against forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract‑related issues.
• Prepare regular financial reports and updates for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, local regulations, and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction contract administration and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑pressure environments and deliver results on schedule.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kulim Hi‑Tech Park.
