About the role
The Commissioning Manager will lead commissioning activities for highly regulated industrial facilities, ensuring successful handover and operational readiness.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
- 15+ years of experience leading commissioning on comparable facilities such as semiconductor plants, cleanrooms, data centres or pharmaceutical factories.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction practices, statutory requirements and authority approval processes.
- Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities.
- Willingness to be based on site in Selangor and travel as required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Familiarity with international engineering and project management standards such as FIDIC.
- Understanding of construction project lifecycle including design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
