C&I Engineer – Pahang/Johor

About the role

Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced C&I Engineer to work on large‑scale power generation and infrastructure projects based in Pahang or Johor. The role involves overseeing engineering, construction, commissioning and operational activities while ensuring compliance with standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) activities for power plants, renewable energy and utility infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate site supervision, construction management, contractor liaison and quality control throughout project phases.
• Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Power or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in power generation, transmission, renewable energy, utility or large‑scale industrial projects.
• Proven experience with CCGT or thermal power plants and EPC or Owner's Engineer environments.
