Agency Expansion Unit Marketing Manager

About the role

Zurich Insurance is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen its agency network, boost brand presence, and support business growth across Malaysia. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to attract new life agents and financial advisors while supporting existing intermediaries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, sales promotions and recruitment initiatives to attract and retain agents.
• Coordinate with branch teams to design targeted marketing activities and manage the annual marketing calendar, including events and recognition programs.
• Provide marketing tools, content and resources to enhance agent productivity and deliver training sessions to improve their marketing skills.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, market trends and agent engagement metrics.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within insurance or life‑insurance sectors.
• Proven track record in campaign planning, event management and knowledge of insurance distribution channels.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation abilities and a results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Canva for design.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
