Agency Development Head, JB 2 & JB 3

About the role

The Agency Development Head will lead sales staff in selling and distributing market basket segments and all Strategic Business Unit products and services, driving profitable growth across JB 2 and JB 3.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sales and service activities of account specialists to increase new business and retention.
• Select, train, develop, and coach team members, handling performance assessments and HR actions.
• Oversee regional sales operations for cost efficiency, monitor expenses, and maintain budget compliance.
• Develop and expand business opportunities, leveraging a network of specialized contacts.
• Identify external risks and opportunities 1‑2 years ahead and recommend process or system changes.
• Design, implement, and monitor the annual budget and operational objectives aligned with the Shared Service Unit strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth.
• Strong ability to evaluate cost‑efficiency opportunities and manage budgets.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with key customers and stakeholders.
• Capability to assess risks, ensure compliance, and lead risk assessments.
