About the role
The Agency Development Head will lead the sales and distribution of Zurich's Strategic Business Unit products in the Seremban region, driving profitable growth through new business acquisition, account retention, and market share expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Select, train, develop and coach team members, assess performance and advise on promotions, transfers, salary administration and terminations.
- Manage sales and service activities to increase new business and retention across all product offerings.
- Oversee operational cost efficiency, evaluate cost‑reduction opportunities and keep expenses within the approved budget.
- Run the Customer Service Index program and report results to senior management.
Required profile
- Candidates with an insurance background are preferred.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving growth targets.
