Equipment Technician / Senior Technician / Tech Specialist

About the role

The Equipment Technician team supports the plant’s production equipment to ensure high availability and efficiency. You will work closely with equipment engineers and production staff to maintain and improve equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established equipment preventive‑maintenance (PM) specifications and written procedures.
• Support equipment engineers in initiatives aimed at increasing equipment uptime and reducing costs.
• Assist production teams to meet daily production targets.
• Proactively identify and resolve tool and equipment issues.

Required profile

• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Ability to adhere to detailed PM specifications and procedural documentation.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and production personnel.
• Proactive attitude toward problem solving and continuous improvement.
