About the role

The Mortgage Sales Executive will acquire new mortgage business and nurture relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers and valuers to achieve monthly sales targets while complying with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

Aggressively source and book new mortgage loans for the bank.
Attend developer launches, road shows and property exhibitions to build and maintain strong relationships with developers, agents, lawyers and valuers.
Cross‑sell other banking products as required.

Required profile

Minimum SPM qualification.
Own transport.
Fresh graduates are welcome; property‑related sales experience is an advantage.
