Lead Generation Specialist – APAC

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist for the APAC region. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will join the Services B2B Marketing team to drive inbound and outbound prospecting, engage senior enterprise decision‑makers, and create qualified sales opportunities for Mastercard Services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑channel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) and manage inbound leads.
• Engage senior enterprise decision‑makers and book qualified meetings.
• Source high‑quality opportunities and meet quarterly opportunity targets.
• Maintain accurate activity, lead, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Use outreach platforms such as Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, or Lusha to run sequences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging.
• Participate in discovery calls with prospects and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Representative targeting enterprise customers.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Second language preferred (Mandarin or Japanese).
• Self‑starter with strong ownership of pipeline and follow‑through.
• Team‑oriented collaborator thriving in a cross‑functional, international environment.
