Manager, Merchant Cloud Commercialization

About the role

Mastercard’s Global Acceptance and Merchant Solutions team is seeking a Manager to lead the commercialization, sales enablement, and revenue tracking for its Merchant Cloud platform. This global position will shape go‑to‑market strategies, accelerate revenue growth, and empower sales teams across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive commercialization packages and go‑to‑market materials for new products and features.
• Partner with the Services organization to identify, structure, and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Manage and continuously update regional sales pipelines, tracking performance against targets.
• Develop compelling value propositions for key verticals and support market penetration initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure accountability and drive revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record in commercial strategy, sales enablement, or revenue tracking.
• Strong analytical abilities and commercial mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing, global environment.

Required skills

• Data visualization for influencing decisions.
• Experience with pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Knowledge of product road‑mapping and business case development.
