Inbound Team Lead – Lead Development APAC

About the role

AVEVA is seeking an experienced Inbound Team Lead to manage and develop a high‑performing Lead Development Representative (LDR) team in the APAC region. You will oversee the qualification and handoff of inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels, ensuring timely follow‑up and driving pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor inbound LDRs to exceed performance targets.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, review call quality, and track KPIs.
• Develop individualized career plans and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Monitor response times, conversion rates, and opportunity creation; implement improvement plans as needed.
• Apply qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDPICC) and enforce SLA response standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to enhance lead quality and handoff processes.
• Ensure team proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Create and maintain response templates, playbooks, and AI chatbot integrations.
• Report on lead conversion metrics, team productivity, and pipeline contribution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales or lead‑development team.
• At least 3 years of experience in inbound lead qualification or sales development.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of meeting performance targets.
• Experience using BANT or MEDDPICC qualification frameworks.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
