Senior Business Process Analyst

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead its Logistics Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives at the Bayan Lepas site. The role focuses on modernising warehouse operations, material flow and intralogistics through AI, IoT, robotics and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects that optimise receiving, storage, picking and material movement using Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Design and deploy AI‑powered, agentic workflows and integrate tools such as Copilot, N8N and OpenAI to automate routine logistics tasks.
• Implement digital solutions (iFNS, Auto Goods Receipt, Intelligent Supermarket) to improve inventory visibility, traceability and execution efficiency.
• Drive process optimisation through Kanban, pull‑based replenishment, space utilisation and predictive disruption mitigation.
• Monitor KPIs, develop analytical reports and translate data insights into actionable warehouse improvements.
• Manage project roll‑out, user training, change‑management activities and cross‑functional collaboration with manufacturing, supply‑chain and IT teams.
• Create and maintain process maps, system architecture documentation and governance standards.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge on intralogistics tools and promote standardisation across plants.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in logistics, warehouse or intralogistics transformation.
• Strong background in AI, automation and Industry 4.0 implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and drive change management.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience working with KPI reporting.
• Effective communication and mentorship capabilities.
