Procurement Planner / Senior Procurement Planner

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Procurement Planner (or Senior Procurement Planner) to manage the procurement activities of assigned materials. You will act as the main interface with the customer order planning team and project stakeholders, ensuring material availability and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer order planning and project stakeholders to align material supply.
• Support material simulation activities to handle order fluctuations.
• Analyze MRP reports, update material delivery status, and attend critical supply task‑force calls.
• Escalate supply issues according to the RASIC matrix and participate in Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) meetings.
• Ensure timely material arrival to avoid production disruptions and monitor supplier delivery performance.
• Manage complex suppliers, handle freight and line‑down claims, and support supplier development.
• Contribute to inventory management, ABC classification, and strategic planning to minimise premium costs.
• Participate in engineering change requests, BPS initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of relevant procurement or material planning experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
