Logistics Planner – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Logistics Planner to support Bosch’s new semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan. The role focuses on translating customer forecasts into actionable logistics plans, ensuring raw‑material availability and smooth outbound deliveries for the plant’s production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Align demand and supply by converting forecasts into inbound raw‑material and outbound delivery schedules.
• Plan production material availability to avoid line‑down situations and optimise utilisation.
• Define and manage inventory parameters such as safety stock, reorder points and replenishment strategies.
• Establish and maintain logistics and production KPI reports and lead regular performance reviews.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and develop contingency plans for material delays or transport disruptions.
• Handle customs inbound and outbound monthly reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use SAP, BY and Power BI to analyse data and produce management‑ready reports on inventory levels and delivery performance.
