About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a native Vietnamese speaker with C1/C2 English proficiency to join its remote team as an interpreter. The position is 100% work‑from‑home and operates on a permanent night‑shift schedule, supporting customers and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional Vietnamese‑English interpretation during live customer interactions.
• Maintain the original meaning, tone, and context while translating spoken communication.
• Listen attentively and convey information clearly in both languages.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent reading and writing abilities.
• C1/C2 level English proficiency.
• Strong communication and active‑listening capabilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
