Transport Management Executive – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

The Transport Management Executive will oversee inbound and outbound sea‑freight operations for our Kuala Lumpur hub, ensuring shipments meet customer deadlines, cost targets and regulatory requirements. This permanent position offers the chance to develop expertise in logistics while supporting process improvement and risk management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute outbound sea‑freight shipments, managing loading, consolidation and de‑consolidation activities.
• Coordinate inbound sea‑freight deliveries to EMEA sites, handling loading plans and compliance with safety and packaging regulations.
• Monitor shipment milestones, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Assess service provider performance, track transport reliability, and gather feedback.
• Prepare, file and verify all transport documentation, including freight accounting records and cost analysis.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (Transport Management, IT, Business Studies or related fields) interested in a supply‑chain career.
• 1‑2 years of logistics experience, preferably in transport management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP R/3 (quality management and transport modules preferred).
