Transport Management Executive (Inbound/Outbound)

About the role

The Transport Management Executive will oversee inbound and outbound sea‑freight operations, ensuring shipments meet customer deadlines, cost targets, and regulatory requirements. This role supports continuous process improvement and risk management across our Asia‑Pacific logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Process and coordinate sea‑freight transports for packaged deliveries, both outbound to customers and inbound to EMEA sites.
• Plan and manage loading, consolidation and de‑consolidation activities at internal and external locations, monitoring loading times.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, packaging and internal regulations while meeting service‑level agreements.
• Track shipment milestones, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and handle any exceptions.
• Evaluate service‑provider performance, transport reliability, and feedback rates.
• Prepare, verify and file all transport documentation, including freight accounting records and cost analyses.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (or up to 2 years experience) in Transport Management, IT, Business Studies or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of logistics experience, preferably in transport management.
• Understanding of supply‑chain operations, distribution and warehousing processes.
• Knowledge of unit filling and shipping procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP R/3 (quality management and transport management modules).
