Trainer - Due Diligence (Mandarin)

About the role

AML RightSource is a technology-enabled managed services firm that helps financial institutions, FinTechs, money service businesses and corporates with AML/BSA, transaction monitoring, KYC, enhanced due diligence (EDD) and risk management. As a Mandarin-speaking Trainer, you prepare training materials and run the Embark training programme and new-hire onboarding, give individualised training recommendations and one-on-one coaching, and report staff training records to the leadership and development management team.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Embark training programme and the onboarding of new hires
• Give new employees feedback on AML workflows
• Prepare training materials including outlines, presentations, study guides and assessments
• Summarise Embark performance for the L&D Manager
• Recommend individualised training and training strategies to improve the overall programme
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to new employees
• Support client-specific training as staff join new engagements
• Report staff training records periodically to the L&D Manager
• Oversee and engage people between project assignments on the Ready For Allocation (RFA) team
• Develop and deliver continuing education courses and support other departments as appropriate

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of AML experience
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field and 2+ years of AML experience
• Preferred: CAMS or a related professional certification

Core working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but the role requires work outside normal hours because of operations across different time zones. The position is listed as remote, based in Kuala Lumpur.
