About the role
Alcon is seeking a Technician III to join its Molding & Tooling Engineering team in Johor. The role focuses on complex mold tooling design and molding processes, supporting production efficiency while adhering to strict quality and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute highly complex technical tasks related to mold tooling design and molding operations.
- Make decisions within the scope of assigned tasks, applying advanced problem‑solving abilities.
- Follow GxP regulations, SOPs, and maintain complete, accurate documentation.
- Ensure rigorous quality control and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Complete mandatory training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to work a 12‑hour weekly rotational shift.
Required skills
- Electrical knowledge.
- PLC experience.
