Talent Acquisition Digital Intern

About the role

Join the Talent Acquisition team for the APAC region as a Digital Intern. You will support recruitment activities while gaining hands‑on experience in HR, business, marketing and communications. The role offers exposure to international colleagues and the chance to contribute to digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media platforms and professional networks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Provide administrative support, including file management, documentation and data maintenance.
• Assist in organising recruitment events, activities and engagement initiatives.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as candidates sourced and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and digitalisation, and help prepare business cases.
• Maintain and update knowledge documents to support a competence hub.
• Design and review portal content to enhance the new‑employee onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Commitment to a minimum three‑month internship.
• Currently pursuing or completing the final year of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT or related fields.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities with an interest in administrative support.
• Independent, proactive, eager to learn and take on new initiatives.
• Team player with a flexible, positive mindset and good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Adaptable and technology‑savvy, interested in applying digital tools to HR processes.
