Site Safety Supervisor (SSS)

About the role

The Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) will join Kide International’s safety team in Kuala Lumpur, supporting safe execution of construction projects. Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a hazard‑free work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Safety Manager (SHO) and assist the safety department with on‑site supervision tasks.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of construction activities and identify unsafe conditions.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly and documented.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports and assist in investigations.
• Promote compliance with Malaysian occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Relevant safety certification or diploma (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
• Experience in construction site safety supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian occupational health and safety legislation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
