About the role

Encora is hiring a ServiceNow Engineer in Kuala Lumpur, focused on building and maintaining ServiceNow forms, catalogs and workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with the Ansible Automation Platform. The role works closely with DevOps, Cloud and Platform teams to automate operational processes.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, catalogs and workflows
Configure and customise Incident Management, Change Management and Service Catalog modules
Build and manage catalog items, record producers and dynamic forms
Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and scripting
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, especially Ansible, for automated provisioning and remediation
Implement REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, forms and integrations
Ensure adherence to best practices, governance and security standards
Document technical designs, workflows and configurations
