Senior Executive, Interline & Codeshare

About the role

AirAsia is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Senior Executive, Interline & Codeshare to support the execution and management of interline and codeshare partnerships. The role helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintains partner relationships and supports initiatives that improve network connectivity and revenue performance. It suits someone analytical, organised and self-driven with an interest in airline partnerships and commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing management of interline and codeshare agreements.
• Coordinate with partner airlines on operational, commercial and system-related matters.
• Monitor partnership performance and prepare regular reports and analysis.
• Assist in identifying potential new partners and support onboarding.
• Work with Network Planning, Revenue Management, Sales and Operations teams.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in fare filings, ticketing and settlement procedures.
• Help troubleshoot interline and codeshare issues such as ticketing, proration and billing.
• Maintain documentation of agreements, processes and workflows.

Required profile

• A Levels, Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Business, Aviation, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in airline commercial functions, preferably interline, codeshare, revenue management or network planning, is a plus.
• Experience in the aviation or airport ecosystem is preferred.
• Team player who collaborates across functions and takes ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including charts, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Ability to build clear, structured presentations in Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Preferred: familiarity with IATCI, IATA TTBS, IATA Clearing House, e-ticketing and multiple PSSs.
