Senior Executive, Import Export OVM

About the role
The Senior Executive will own and drive end‑to‑end import and export operations for Malaysia, ensuring seamless coordination across all stakeholders and strict governance of operational vendor management.
Key responsibilities
- Take full accountability for execution and coordination of all import and export shipments in Malaysia.
- Act as the central control tower managing shipment flows across 4PL, 3PL and internal stakeholders.
- Lead governance and oversight of 4PL and 3PL service providers, ensuring adherence to SOPs and performance standards.
- Own end‑to‑end KPI monitoring, performance tracking and reporting for import‑export operations.
- Provide strong operational visibility, consolidate management‑ready reports and highlight risks, issues and mitigation actions.
- Take ownership of critical operational issues, escalations and risk control to ensure uninterrupted shipment flow.
