Senior Associate – Vision Care Account Management

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to drive vision‑care account management across Selangor. You will work closely with the sales team to execute key‑account plans, build strong relationships with outlet personnel, and ensure brand visibility in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and implement overall Key Account plans and monitor sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key outlet personnel, providing product education and positioning.
• Ensure brand presence and visibility of point‑of‑sale materials in every outlet.
• Plan and implement an Account Coverage Plan to cover all outlets effectively.
• Review coverage plans weekly with the Key Account Manager, analysing opportunities and issues.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and propose joint activities to grow business.
• Provide monthly sales reports, competition updates, and recommend counter‑tactics.
• Monitor accounts receivable days and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English; local language highly desirable.
• 1 + year experience in a similar role, preferably FMCG.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
