Senior Associate – Customer Service Support (Contract Management, Japanese)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a senior associate to manage the full contract lifecycle for its Japan market. The role combines customer service support with contract administration, ensuring all agreements are drafted, reviewed, negotiated and executed in line with legal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and validate equipment order applications submitted via Salesforce CPQ and generate accurate order forms.
• Create, upload and issue contracts through DocuSign, applying the correct templates and signing workflows within defined service‑level targets.
• Manage contracts from initiation through renewal or termination, maintaining data integrity in SRMS and updating bank‑account details post‑execution.
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize contracts while coordinating with Legal, Compliance and internal approval teams.
• Monitor contract execution progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely sealing and archiving of agreements.

Required profile

• Fluent Japanese speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in contract management or legal administration, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Japanese language proficiency.
• Salesforce CPQ (Chatter) for order processing.
• DocuSign for contract issuance and workflow management.
• SRMS (contract administration system) data entry and maintenance.
